I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the city and close to public transport and dining options. The rooms were just okay, feeling somewhat homey but had a bad smell when the air conditioning was off. The service was hit or miss—while some staff members tried their best, others weren't very helpful. Overall, it was worth the price I paid, but things could definitely be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at Klang Histana. The location is fantastic, being in the heart of the city and right next to Centro mall. The rooms were quite spacious and had a mini fridge, which was a nice touch, but I missed having a bathtub.
